Bug Description
Setting repcached=True on newer versions of Ubuntu is not possible, as by default repcached_origin updates apt sources with ppa:niedbalski/

Unfortunately the repo for repcached looks to be unmaintained, and there's no supported package for this software. In light of that, I'll mark this as wontfix.
