For example, Sunday Timetable from Ringwood East:

2:12 Flinders Street. All stations → Flinders Street
This train actually terminates at Parliament.

Actually if you look closely, that train runs direct to Flinders Street, then continues to Parliament. So technically it would be shown on the displays as "All stations to Flinders Street". The fact that it continues to Parliament is not normally shown on the displays.
So this "bug" is actually caused by a special case in the code -- I deliberately detected services like this and turned them into Flinders Street trains, as otherwise it would read "stops all stations to Parliament" which is just confusing.
I think though this is still a bug (so I'll keep it undecided for now) -- you were confused by the actual service listing going to Parliament (that's straight out of the official timetable). I might just snip the end off once it gets to Flinders, and if you want to go to Parliament you can find the same data on an outbound train, I think.
