No provision to update GSoC project name by student/organization

After the GSoC results are announced, if there is any change in project , for example if the organization allots a different project or if the project's name is updated, the student or organization cannot make a request to update the project name on melange. This wrong name will reflect on the GSoC completion certificate and all future references.
