Better sources.list.d formatting

Hello,

I recommend that you update the formatting of your sources.list.d files to take advantage of the "software-properties-gtk" application. If you append a comment to the end of the apt line, it will treat the comment text as the name of the repository when displaying Third-Party repositories.

In other words change this:

## Medibuntu - Ubuntu 9.04 "jaunty jackalope"
## Please report any bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/medibuntu/
deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ jaunty free non-free
deb-src http://packages.medibuntu.org/ jaunty free non-free
