Bug Description

This may be just interpreting /w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=interwikimap and using RSD to see what the target is. This may require fixing the API call on the MW side so that it understands http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgInterwikiCache
