editconflict when modifying an existing page

Bug Description
I'm using emacs 23.4.1 on OpenBSD.
When editing a new page, I don't have any problem (or I didn't encoutered the problem yet).
When I'm editing an existing page and that I remove lines, sometimes I can save one time, and I need to restart emacs or I always get this message when I want to save :
The server encountered an error: (editconflict) Edit conflict detected
I'm the only one using the wiki, so it's not a concurrency problem. I have been using mediawiki last year successfully on the same wiki.

I get this too. Also a single user private mediawiki instance.
