Bug Description
Adding/removing videos should rerun mediascanner and update the index. However, sometimes nothing happens meaning mediascanner doesn't do a rescan or some files get skipped for no reason (not even getting a cannot parse this file because of unsupported codec). Even stopping mediascanner, removing the cache dir and restarting doesn't show all the files.
