Seekbar tests are skipped only on nexus 4 and 5

The seekbar tests need to be skipped on all the devices that don't have enough space for it.
Currently they are only skipped in nexus 4 and galaxy nexus, so they are failing on barajas.

we diiscussed this in the landing meeting today (and yesterday) and decisded that while it is an issue which is mainly cosmetic, it should not be a promotion blocker after all.
