Bug Description
1) Ensure the device is on utopic #100 or above
2) Start the music app
3) Start playing an mp3 music file
4) Attempt to seek the track using the slider
5) Notice how the audio stops and the next track is played a few seconds later
It was expected that the track should seek to the correct position at step 4.
