Bug Description

What happens :
I have a few videos on my device : 2 MP4, 2 Webm and 1 OGG. MP4 ones plays well, but Webm and OGG ones don't (mediaplayer start but immediately close). But the video icon in the Dash show a sample image of the video.

What I expected :
See my videos !

How to reproduce :
upload some OGG or Webm (and probably others) vidéos on the phone and try to play it

My device : Nexus 4 with image 116

Hi Sam : I affected touch-preview-images because media player don't have this problem when installed on my desktop so it's not the media-player app itself

This should be resolved by fixing and re-enabling software codecs for video decoding.

If we don't support the format then it shouldn't appear in the scope - the media player should also be clear about the fact that it doesn't support that format. We either entirely don't support it, or we do - not something halfway between which is what we have now.
