Bug Description

XDG specifies how applications should lay out all their files to be consistent with the rest of the system. ~/.me-tv needs to go and be replaced by XDG compliant structures.

I should note that 1.4.0 does use XDG, just not completely.

Overtaken by events. The C++ evolution of Me TV has been replaced with a start from scratch Rust version which uses XDG.
