mcloud sso plugin(qml-plugins) can be merged into Account plugins

Bug Description

Currently, mcloud library doesn't cover authentication, which should be considered to be implemented in proper way(ubuntu sso).
So we need to mcloud sso plugin merged into account plugins projects so that it can be used by any apps and scopes.
