some dialog boxes block all other keyboard input

This was noticed on 0.3.2 Freya - when for example adding a new calendar linked to a (Google) account - there is a dialog box for that. I wanted to either switch to the browser or to terminal to look up the proper app password to enter. When doing so, I noticed that all keyboard input was disabled. I could switch to the browser for example by using the mouse, but could not type anything there. Similarly, even more general shortcuts such as used to open Guake were blocked.
Of course, it is useful to give attention to open dialog boxes, but I believe they should not generally block all keyboard input, unless maybe it is a crashing error or something.

I can't verify that keyboard input is interrupted by the add calendar popover. Is there some other place you've been able to reproduce the behavior?
