Bug Description
At the moment of creating an event, it may be interesting to auto complete the time to 00 if the hour has been inserted. For instance, typing "10" and pressing enter or changing to another field with the tab, may automatically assume that the user wanted to put "10:00". It would be a bit faster.

Also not using a dot in the time input causes the input not to be accepted (i.e. 1955 should be converted automatically to 19:55 IHMO).
