Location search have no loading indicator

Bug Description
In Maya, when adding a new event under the Location tab, there is no loading indication when searching for locations. There isn't any indication of a failed lookup either so the user is left scratching his head while he waits. There should be, some kind of, a loading indicator and error indicator.
