No focus for event title when creating an event

When double-clicking on a day, the "Create new event" dialogue opens. Intuitively I would just begin to type the event name, but the "Title" text box has no focus. So you have to click on it first to start typing. When doing so and you start typing, the text box loses focus again and you have to click it again to continue.

I have the same issue. I can add no more than 2 or 3 characters to the title box before the "Create Event" button turns blue and the input seizes up. I have to re-click in the title box to continue typing.

On the current Loki I don't have the issue that the Title field loses focus, but it doesn't automatically get focus when creating a new event. Especially with the new natural language input this seems like a good reason to auto focus the title field. And when you have focus in one of the field you can at least tab to others.
