Toggle for setting the time of an event is faulty

Bug Description
When setting an event, the toggles for setting the time of an event work the opposite way that one would expect. The left arrows INCREASE the time, and the right DECREASE it, which is counterintuitive.
Also, it would be great if I could just type in my own specific time, rather than have it be changeable only in increments of five.
