No German translation for "Submit Disc ID"

Bug Description
When running Max in a German environment, the "Compact Disc" -> "Submit Disc ID" menu entry is missing. This makes it impossible to submit a disc ID to Musicbrainz. I'm only learning German so I won't venture to suggest a translation, but even just having the English text would be better than nothing since the functionality would then at least be available.
