Bug Description

As described here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pregap

pregap can render many "hidden tracks" on audio CDs truly inaccessible in Max. It would be wonderful to be able to encode these tracks (perhaps as Track 0?) to ensure that nothing is missing from the original.
