Bug Description
For the first time, I tried to convert mp3 files to lower bitrate mp3, in the same folder, but with different filenames.
Thus, in the Output preference tab, I checked "Specify output filenames", and set the template as: "iP-{sourceFile
(iP stands for "iPhone version").
Nevertheless, the converted file got the same name as the source, and was just appended a "-1" by OSX.
I tried other templates with no effect.

I am experiencing the same behavior. The custom format given in the "File Naming" pane is not respected if "Same as source file" is selected as output directory in the "Locations" pane.
