Bug Description
When converting FLAC files to ALAC using the standard ALAC encoder, the resulting m4a files have mode 0600 (read/write for file owner only).
This doesn't happen when converting FLAC to MP3.

This is related to way MP4 files are optimized, and should probably be fixed to use the standard umask.
