Single quote in title core dumps Max

Bug Description
There needs to be a little more quoting of track data.
I kept getting a core dump from Max until I edited all Titles and other track data to remove the single quote character.

Additional information:
I have successfully ripped CDs that have ONE title with a single quote.
It seemed to happen when I had a CD that had TWO titles with a single quote.
The crash reported something about data being freed twice.
