Bug Description
Using OS X 10.10 and the latest Max release, whenever we try and rip a CD with 20 tracks or more, we get the following error:
An error occurred while accessing the disk on device disk2.
*** -[__NSArrayM objectAtIndex:]: index 20 beyond bounds [0 .. 19]
