Bug Description

Was using Max as normal - got this error and with each reply, Max created a file that I was converting with a size of 0 bytes.
Now, It will convert the file, but when it comes to tagging the file, I get this error - screen shot attached below….

An error occurred while tagging the file "06. The Voice-2.mp3".
Cannot lock focus on image <NSImage 0x4d6bdc0 Size={0, 0} Reps=(
)>, because it is size zero.

Max locked up a couple of times and I had to force quit - after that I continued to get this error.
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Max - using a app for uninstalling and cleaning any installed files on the disk.
I checked all Max bugs and forum topics and couldn't fine anything like this out there.

*** SOLVED

I had thought that all along that there was a problem with Max…
It wasn't Max, - it turned out to be my mp3 files.
Some of the mp3 files that were being re-converted had been corrupted and since I kept trying to use those files to solve
the problem, the error just kept reoccurring.
I solved the problem by using the app mp3 scan+repair on the corrupt files to rebuild the mp3 structure and that
solved the whole problem I was having so….

The problem was corrupted mp3 files - NOT the Max app…..
Hope this helps someone else having this problem….
