Bug Description

100% of the time (8x cd's I've tested thus far) that contain a video file, Max will choke @ the 99% complete mark when ripping the final track on the disc.

It causes a full crash wherein I have to kill Max and restart the program and reattach my external/USB dvd burner.

I'm using a Macbook Pro / OSX 10.9.

I've tried;
- killing Max and restarting the program and rip and encode the whole disc again
- killing Max and restarting the program and rip only the final track
- reinserting (and cleaning) the disc and ripping / encoding the entire disc
- reinserting (and cleaning) the disc and ripping / encoding only the final track
- rebooting, reattaching USB dvd burner and starting Max

In all cases Max simply could not complete ripping the final track on the disc if a video file also was present. I have not had a successful rip yet on the final track (I'm trying to backup my entire cd collection to FLAC and MP3).

Short List of albums that failed final track ripping:
The Matrix Reloaded: The Album - Disc 2
Delerium: Poem - Disc 2
Goldfrapp: Train Maxi Single - Disc 1
