Max crashes after OS 10.8.5 Firmeware update

Hey all,

i have updated my MAC Book Pro with the newest version 'OS 10.8.5 Firmeware' for a few days. I used MAX before this update without problems. After the update i get with every start from max the following bug report:

I have changed the CD, i closed all programms, but MAX allways chrashes and i can not rip one CD.
