mp3 320 to AAC 128 VBR Highest Quality Rip won't copy to iTunes manually or automatically - in 10.8 GM

I'm already running the 10.8 GM thanks to VUZE. I've got all the settings correct. If I change the destination folder to one not on the same Hard Drive as the source it fails to rip. But even so, leaving it to put the ripped files in the source folder, they won't copy to iTunes like I set it for a playlist that is 3 folders deep in my Playlist on yet another HD - not the system HD. And a manual attempt at copying will not work either. Are you incompatible with Mountain Lion? Are you even still developing this app? It's 3 years old.
