What if Maximus didn't maximize windows that are much smaller than the resolution?

Bug Description

I think this would be useful by default, or a toggleable option. Specially since some netbooks are starting to come with 1378x1000 resolution (or something huge like that IRC). Anyway, although maximus is helpful most of the times, some windows start up as small and do not really have to be maximized like that... Specifically, some java apps I use create some small windows for things like "loading..." and they are probably not correctly set as tool windows.

I think maximus would work better if it first checked if the size of the window was smaller than some value depending on the resolution, ie I think that if a window takes less than 75% of the surface of the screen, it really does not need to be maximized.
