[Feature Request] F11 cycle through maximised and decorated

The feature request described in more detail is this: have a button, say F11, that would be able to cycle through several modes on a window; with the modes consisting of the combinations of maximized and decorated states.

So, I was think the sequence would go like this:
un-max and dec -> un-max and un-dec -> max and un-dec -> max and dec -> back to the start

(un-max == unmaximized, max == maximized, un-dec == undecorated, and dec == decorated)

The main feature I'm looking for is being able to have unmaximized and undecorated windows. On my desktop, I have an LCD screen which is only 1024x768, and whenever I try to have two windows open, I'm always trying to adjust the windows so the decorators are offscreen, thus maximizing my screen realestate. (I can give specific examples if you like, just ask. Here's one: coding with gedit, while having the dev docs open in firefox, while also having a terminal open to run tests.)

Put yet another way, I wish, on firefox, I could hit f11 and firefox would do everything it does sans the maximization. I wish I could do that with other programs too.

I'm reporting under the Maximus project since it looks like you guys are already doing much of the technology development for this kind of feature already. All you would have to do is add a few extra configurations.
