Maximus crashes after long run or Standby

After a few hours of running eee-ubuntu and/or a standby time and/or running some applications (i mean gtk like firefox or special evince for pdf looking) the maximus deamon doesnt work any more.

if it is restartet and/or strg+f2 an maximus it works again but after that it crashes often after a few minutes.

I use 8.04.1

Hi, i found something out.
If i use screen for terminal split screen an set /var/run/screen to 777 the problem occours too.

Can you please attach the xsession log and, if possible, get a backtrace for maximus using gdb.
