Bug Description
Using 21.04-latest,
Pressing ALT+F2 to test a launch command, I typed: /usr/bin/caja ~/crypto
My expectation: caja opens and displays ~/crypto folder
Reality: 2x windows open: 1x caja window opens pointing to ~ AND 1x error window pops-up: Could not find "/home/dd/~/crypto¨
Is there a confusion in between /home/user and ~ interpretation?
PS: ofc executing "/usr/bin/caja /home/dd/crypto" ended up working.

Running `pluma ~/somefile` leads to wrong results too.
