Software errors should go to stderr, not stdout

Bug Description
When Mars crashes with an internal error (software error or interpreter error), the error message is printed to stdout. It should go to stderr.
Note that this is likely the cause of bug #576385 (test framework doesn't report crashes) because it does check for stderr, but not stdout.
