Bug Description
Mars still allows argmodes in function signatures, of the form `ki` for example (either or both of 'k' or 'i' in backticks). These were part of an extremely old design for a uniqueness annotations system, which was never documented or used, and has since been superseded in an offline branch.
Delete this feature. This will break code featuring argmode annotations.

Also remove backticks from the lexer. This includes from the docs and syntax scripts (vim and pygments).
