Bug Description
Hi, I think it should be possibile to create a new empty file using the right click menu like in other file managers (nautilus, the Windows one and so on). I know you can create a new file using a text editor but please note that "Save" dialog is not confortable as "Create a new file" (IMHO).

The problem with this is that there needs to be a clear list of accepted mimetypes. In Nautilus on Ubuntu, this is not so, and Create Document only allows you to create a basic text file in gedit. This makes the system look incomplete.
