Bug Description
I have a big gif(60MiB) file in my home directory. Each time I open marlin, it spawns thumblrd process too. In some time it hogs all free RAM and CPU while trying to thumbnailize it.
I propose adding option to define filesize bound at which file is thumbnailed (like nautilus does), and option to not thumbnailize anything at all.
