Marlin crashes when opening /usr/share/applications due to a segmentation fault

whenever I try opening /usr/share/applications Marlin will load the folder content and then crash (with gdb, I sometimes have to hover over an icon or scroll a bit). The terminal outputs:

Speicherzugriffsfehler

Speicherzugriffsfehler is German for memory access error.

Concering marlin itself, I am running version 0.1 and according to dpkg, it's version: 0.1-0~763~oneiric1.

I cannot reproduce this bug on Jan 13 at 20:15 UTC when running Marlin with or without root privileges.

I cannot reproduce this error anymore too but I believe it had something to do with Chinese encodings (zh_CN). As far as I know I had .desktop-files (Midori and Firefox) in the folder that were using Chinese symbols.
