Long filenames are cut off on highlight

Bug Description
If a file name* is too long, when it's not highlighted there is a horizontal ellipsis following the name to indicate it's being cut off. As you highlight the file, the file name is too long to fit in the designated box and the box gets cut off (bottom border is not visible). See attached file.
This also affects renaming where you can't edit past the cut off point. Using the arrows in turn changes focus from the edit box so you are unable to scroll down the box (let me know if you want this reported as a separate issue and will split).
* full file name is 'Futuristic Polar Bears, Jeff Jefferson feat. Ben Ofoedu - Miluv (Original Mix).mp3' without the quotes.
