Don't animate breadcrumbs on tab change

The sliding breadcrumbs indicate that you are entering a directory. A tab is a directory that has already been entered.

Definitely +1 on this, the animations are great when changing directories
graphically, but I have found them annoying when typing with the location
bar.

@aroman I think what you mention is another issue.

The original bug is when you have a window with 2 or more tabs, open in, for example, ~/Documents and in ~/Pictures/Holidays. When you switch from one tab to another, the breadcrumbs animate, but you're not really going to a new location so it shouldn't be animated.

The animation when you type in the location bar is another issue, one that doesn't bother me IMO.
