Bug Description
"Open", "Open in New Tab" and "Open in New Window" in the right click menus do nothing and should probably not exist. "Personal", "Devices" and "Network" should also probably not react to left click either and not respond to mouse-hover.

And maybe Side Pane mouse-hover should be disabled completely if "Single click to open" is disabled.
