Bug Description
I've noticed that if I don't take the time to command-q or use the equivalent menu to close Marlin, Ubuntu nags about Marlin. I don't have the error message in front of me at the moment, but presumably it's about not being shutdown properly --because when I take the time to close properly, no error message awaits me upon desktop re-entry..

Obviously, I don't want to be nagged about shutting down my system or exiting my desktop session without closing Marlin down.
