Not updating file view in miller column view when clicking on first breadcrumb

If you go deep enough, so that you have at least one "invisible" column on the left, clicking on the first breadcrumb does not refresh the file view, but the breadcrumb bar only shows this first breadcrumb. This bug does not seem to occur on every folder; sometimes you have to go deeper than one invisible column on the left. An example path is "$HOME/tmp/marlin-bzr/src/tests".
This bug seems to occur only meagerly on a path not relative to $HOME, e.g., on the path "/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/" this bug occured too, but now its not reproducable anymore. However, this bug occurs too, when browsing in a path that is on a mounted device.
