Marlin crashes when deleting a folder on columns view

Marlin crashes when i delete a folder (sometimes even a file) in columns view.

I am using Marlin in Ubuntu 12.04, Gnome-session-fallback
Marlin version: 0.1-0~854~precise1

Steps to reproduce:
1) Switch to the icon view (default view)
2) Create a new folder
3) Switch to columns view
4) Delete the folder
5) Marlin states that it 'marlin will not function properly'.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu and Marlin better.

I can confirm that when using the package marlin on Ubuntu 12.04 using the steps provided by jomstr that I can reproduce the bug. Therefore I have set this bug to confirmed.
