Bug Description

After building a debian package for marionnet, marionnet looks for kernels and filesystems in /home/lucas/[...]/marionnet/debian/tmp/usr/share/marionnet/...
instead of /usr/share/marionnet/

That's probably caused by my overriding of prefix in CONFIGME (see bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1085461 for the context), but it would be nice to have an option for the "final" installation directory.

Actually it seems to cause other problems, as, if I move my build dir, I get the following error:
Fatal error: exception Failure("Could not enter the directory (/home/lucas/d/debian/marionnet/debian/marionnet/usr/share/marionnet/)")
