Bug Description

Launchpad has cool functionality for PPA repo's, it would make sense to start using them, to ease distribution. Here's more info: https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA

There is no maverick repository though (and if this was on LP, I could easily have done a maverick rebuild in my own PPA).
