my.cnf missing in MariaDB 5.1 rpm's

True enough, there is no sign of any my.cnf in any of the centos packages.
Interestingly, the server is nevertheless able to start, using compiled-in defaults.
Basically, the bakery seems to have no mention of a my.cnf, and apparently `make install` also does not install one.
"Rocksteady" on IRC mentioned this in the .spec which may be related:
%ghost %config( noreplace, missingok) %{_sysconfdir} /my.cnf
