Bug Description

How to repeat:

1) <option> is missing and does not work with replication
mysqlslap \
  --delimiter=";" \
  --create="CREATE TABLE A (a int);INSERT INTO A Values (23)" \

  --iterations=1 \
  --engine=memory:max_rows=200 \

Both bugs are connected to an unintialized buffer usage.
