Bug Description
When The quantity of a product in the BoM is a float the "Cost Price (incl. BoM)" field calculation is not correctly calculated.
For example: 0.6 roll of edging valued as $10.00 per roll will return $10.00 instead of $6.00 in the "Cost Price (incl. BoM)" field

I feel like an idiot!
This is not a bug.
The problem was in my Unit of Measure rounding precision.
The Rounding Precision was set to 1.0
Setting it to 0 fixed my problem.
