Bug Description
marconi-server fails to run in background.
Try, 'marconi-server &'
The process goes to the background & then immediately pops back to the CLI.
This might also be related to the marconi-devstack failure, when in USE_SCREEN=false mode.

Could you share the configs you were using? I just tried this with the default configs and it seems to work
