Bug Description
This is a documentation bug expected to track the deferred share/snapshot feature introduced in the Caracal (2024.1) release of Manila.
There are new configuration options that change the deletion workflow for shares and snapshots. Since this feature affects operators, we need some documentation in the Admin Guide.
1) How can you enable or disable this feature?
2) How are deferred deletions processed?
3) What kind of deletion errors may arise, and what steps can be used to rectify them?
