Description
-----------
Both Manila NFS and Native cephadm jobs are failing on the 2023.1 (Antelope) stable branch.
While checking the logs, we have identified an issue, where it seems that catatonit is not present [1].
Expected result
---------------
Ceph installation and driver setup goes just fine, and we can run the ceph jobs.
Actual result
-------------
The does not succeed and the job is constantly failing.
